I can't remember a time when I was not "into" dinosaurs, but if I had to pick a specific event it would have to be when I saw "Fantasia" for the first time (The Rite of Spring) Or maybe it was my first trip to the Cincinnati Natural History Museum and the life-size Allosaurus. In any case I was hooked. | I went out and bought William Stout's the Dinosaurs (still my
favorite book!!) and knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life. Since then, I divide my time between my other artistic obsession, science fiction. I have worked for museums, shown in several galleries in the 4 corners States, | most recently at the Museum of the Red Rocks, owned
and operated by Tim Herdt, in Sedona, AZ. I do free-lance illustration and I also teach an on-site drawing class at two California Art Colleges, Otis College of Art and Design and Art Center. Karl Huber | |
